Houston Liposuction
Liposuction is a procedure which vacuums out fat via a long, skinny tube that is inserted in tiny incisions in a specific area of your body which may resistant to traditional means of weight loss. Liposuction, however, is not a weight loss treatment, rather it is a procedure to improve the contour of a specific area of fat. Liposuction can be performed on almost any area of the body from the abdomen to the thighs, backside, arms, face and neck.
Not all prospective patients are ideal candidates. As with any type of surgery it is advised you be in good health and a non-smoker. You should have realistic expectations for your results. How do you know what is realistic? Talk to your plastic surgeon and look at before and after photo’s of their previous work to get an idea of what is do-able. Keep in mind, however, that every patient presents with unique challenges, needs and desires.
