I had an erbium laser treatment with Amanda, a Licensed Aesthetician at Basu Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery. From the consultation to the treatment itself, Amanda explained everything clearly, including what to expect and how to prepare, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. During the treatment, she talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Afterward, she gave me clear aftercare instructions and was available if I had questions. Amanda is knowledgeable, caring, and honest in setting realistic expectations. I also had a wonderful experience with Denae, Master Nurse Injector, for Botox treatments during separate visits. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of during every visit. I’m extremely happy I chose Amanda for my laser resurfacing journey and Denae for Botox, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering either of those treatments.
