Motiva® Implant Warranty

Motiva® breast implants are backed by the Always Confident Warranty, offering comprehensive protection for patients in the event of a rupture or capsular contracture. This warranty reflects Motiva’s commitment to safety, innovation, and peace of mind.

Always Confident Warranty

This warranty provides lifetime coverage for rupture due to manufacturing defects.

Motiva will replace ruptured implants caused by manufacturing defects at no cost.
Includes the same or similar implant type.
Implants must be registered on the MotivaImagine® website or app within 90 days of the initial surgery.

Product Replacement Policy

Motiva offers 10-year protection against moderate to severe capsular contracture (Baker Grades III and IV).

Free replacement implant for any qualifying capsular contracture cases.
Financial assistance may be available to help offset the cost of revision surgery.

Natrelle Warranty Plans

All Natrelle breast implants come with an automatic Confidence Plus® 10-year warranty. If you want even more coverage for your Natrelle® implants, you can elect to purchase the 10-year Confidence Plus Premiere® warranty.

If you are uncertain which warranty you prefer at the time of your surgery, you still have time to make your choice. You can elect to upgrade to the Confidence Plus Premiere® warranty within the first 45 days following your breast augmentation surgery. Most people pay a one-time $100 fee for the upgrade.

Confidence Plus Premiere® Warranty

Certain types of Natrelle® breast implants come with automatic enrollment in the Confidence Plus Premiere® warranty at no additional charge. Implants that do not come with automatic enrollment can be registered for a fee. Your enhanced Confidence Plus Premiere warranty can be applied to silicone or saline breast implants.

The terms of the warranty cannot be canceled. The warranty includes the following:

Up to $2400 reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your insurance, such as operating room costs and anesthesia costs
Ten years of financial assistance
Automatic renewal of Confidence Plus® warranty
Contralateral implant replacement, meaning if one breast implant ruptures, both implants can be replaced
Lifetime product replacement

Lifetime Replacement Warranty

Certain types of Natrelle® implants are covered by a lifetime replacement warranty. All recipients of these types of implants will have the following benefits:

Your implant will be replaced if it ruptures due to a defect in the implant shell (casing)
Your surgeon can request a replacement Natrelle® implant of any size or style
Your ruptured implant can be replaced with any Natrelle® implant of equal value

You can feel confident about your Natrelle® breast implants because of the security offered by your breast implant warranty. This warranty information is valid as of April 2011 and is subject to change at the discretion of the manufacturer.
